The team is excited to be recognized by Enterprise Security Magazine as one of the top 10 enterprise security startups of 2018! We are honored to be considered among the most innovative and promising new companies helping businesses address their information security risks.

Enterprise Security Magazine notes how NuID offers businesses a completely new way to protect their customers’ and employees’ authentication credentials, eliminating the need to centrally store those credentials. Our platform leverages zero knowledge protocols and blockchain technology to provide users a verifiable digital identity that they can take with them from one application to the next. Passwords and other private authentication data are held only by the end-user, removing the significant costs and liabilities companies face with mass credential storage.

NuID was evaluated by a panel of executives, analysts, and investors in the security industry, as well as the editorial board of Enterprise Security Magazine. Our co-founders Locke Brown and Nolan Smith were then interviewed by the Enterprise Security team to share more about their vision for returning data ownership to the individual and ending mass credential breaches.

Our team is proud to receive this recognition as we prepare to engage with potential partners and the broader identity and security industries at a number of upcoming events. We will be sponsoring and attending the DC Blockchain Conference next week, so feel free to reach out if you plan to attend and would like to learn more about decentralized authentication. We will also have a presence at the KNOW Identity Conference, LendIt Fintech, connect:ID, and Consensus. Hope to see you there!
